What is the opportunity?
Associate Directory, IT Risk LeadData Scientist. Analyze, design and implement data science/machine learning solutions to discover and visualize IT Risk patterns and trends for Capital Market IT group.
What will you do?
Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes.
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and proposing solutions and strategies to business challenges
Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns.
Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms.
Present information using data visualization techniques.
Work with internal development team and the clients’ technologies team to design effective programming and software changes.
Lead the development and integration of ML solution and technologies to automate reporting solutions
What do you need to succeed?
Must Have
Extensive experience in AI/ML development and deployment, demonstrating a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, models, and framework.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java, and experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries.
RDBMS, SQL Database design and implementation
Ability to understand business requirements and align ML solutions with business goals, identify opportunities for ML applications, and communicate the value and potential impact to the organization.
Nice to Have
IT Risk Management experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Demonstrated success in applying agile best-practices to frame problems and prioritize key outcomes; hypothesize, iterate, and continuously improve on solutions; and continuously deliver incremental value to end-users and key stakeholders.
Previous experience in Capital Market or Financial industry.
