Pay Range: $35,000 - $45,000 per year, plus annual incentive
Location: Kamloops South
Job Purpose:
Provide a positive experience for any client or Acera team member who walks or calls into the office. The Associate, Office Administration is the first point of contact for clients and accountable for welcoming clients and navigating their inquiries.
Primary duties include, but not limited to, the following:
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them in person or on the multiline phone system.
- Answer or referring inquires; trouble shooting for any urgent calls
- Daily set up of reception desk; lights on, log in, check voice mail box and record important messages to be forwarded
- Backup for other offices depending on hours of operation
- Organizes courier deliveries, appointments, premium payments and walk ins
- Prepares new hire desks by providing only the essentials for the first day and removing former team members' items and wiping down the station.
- Maintains meeting rooms to ensure they are orderly, wipe down boardroom tables, remove and clean any dirty glasses, tuck away cords.
- Booking meeting rooms and IT requirements as requested
- Maintaining coffee stations by cleaning and stocking
- Supports team members with various clerical tasks as requested
