Overview:
We are seeking someone to help assist with our Partnership and Business Development initiatives. This person will be responsible for maintaining relationships with clinics and doctors, while also onboarding and seeking out new partnerships. This person has exceptional written and verbal communication skills and enjoys working with people inside and outside of the organization.

The Position:
We are dedicated to building a team of high-performing individuals. We are looking for a full-time candidate with a proven ability to excel in fast-paced environments, manage multiple simultaneous responsibilities, and maintain an exceptional level of attention to detail. We have lofty goals, and we are looking for team members to help us reach them. This individual will report to the Business Development Manager and will be responsible for the success of existing and new partner relationships under their purview.
Key Responsibilities and Activities:
- Onboarding new clinics as partners offering Beautifi financing
- Working with clinics to have Beautifi added to their website(s) as a financing solution
- Working with clinic partners on promotions and programs to help drive additional financing lead flow
- Managing relationships with clinic partners ensuring they have adequate Beautifi marketing materials
- Organizing and distributing promotional items and gifts
- Acting as the Beautifi representative and contact for anything the partners need
- Frequently checking in with partners for feedback on our operations and ways we can support further
- Helping to communicate new product features or workflow changes to partners
- Collaboration with the Inside Sales team to ensure consistent communication
- Assisting in implementing feedback from partners across departments
- Making outbound calls to clinics not in the Beautifi network to onboard them as a partner
- Travelling as needed to conduct in-person outreach with existing and potential partners
- Educating clinics on how Beautifi can benefit them and their patients
- Maintaining detailed records of conversations and activity on prospect and partner accounts
- Managing Salesforce files and ensure all partner clinics are being serviced adequately
- Working towards KPI Targets and effectively reporting results to management
Requirements:

- Outgoing and charming, able to close a deal virtually and in-person
- High performers with a proven track record of exceptional work
- Multi-taskers that can handle multiple ongoing projects and remain organized and timely
- Consistently demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced with client facing and sales roles
- Great phone demeanor with a pleasant attitude
- Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, Etc.)
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work full-time hours (with some work flexibility)
- Quick learner who can adapt to various situations and can learn on the fly
- Ability to travel as required
- Valid driver’s license
- Salesforce CRM experience an asset
- Prior Outside Sales experience, Financial Services Sales or Medical Sales strongly preferred
- Bi-lingual an asset
Location: We are located at 609 Granville Street in Downtown Vancouver. Remote applicants residing in the Greater Toronto Area will be considered.
