As an Audiometric Technician, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You will develop relationships with clients and provide outstanding professional customer service. You will perform receptionist duties, schedule appointments, but also play an integral part in the hands-on care that each client receives.
Responsibilities
As an Audiometric Technician, you ensure clinic operations meet performance standards of Amplifon. The company provides you with training on hearing care and you show your skills by supporting the Hearing Care Professional with hearing screenings, hearing aid repairs, cleaning, and maintenance. We achieve clinic optimization by providing effective schedule management and administrative support, keeping up to date with frequently changing policies and procedures, advocating for hearing health awareness by creating brand visibility in the community, and by providing exceptional customer service to all Amplifon customers. Within the Amplifon team, you’ll have room to grow as we continue to expand and strive to become Canada’s leader in hearing-health.
Qualifications
- Committed to providing phenomenal customer service
- Experience working in an office environment
- You have strong professional and articulate with strong communication skills
- Experience with MS Office and computerized appointment scheduling
- Organized, able to multitask and prioritize
- Action oriented with high attention to detail
- Previous experience in telemarketing, direct sales, and healthcare services
