Auto Body Technician

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Auto Body Technician to join our expanding team! Our Auto Body Technician is able to take a vehicle in a damaged state and repair the vehicle to its pre-accident condition. He / she is detail oriented and can multitask to accommodate shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Ability to review repair orders and perform the job as efficiently as possible.
• Ability and willingness to follow standardized production processes.
• Repair and replace front end components, body components, doors and frame and underbody components
• Hammer out dents, buckles and other defects using blocks and hammers
• Remove damaged fenders, panels and grills using wrenches and cutting torch and bolt or weld replacement parts into place
• Straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment
• Welding on vehicles with the use of MIG welders and compression spot welders.
• Mentor Auto Body Repair Apprentices as requested

Qualifications

• Auto Body Repair experience - 5+ years preferred
• Auto Body Collision and Damage Repairer (310B) Red Seal License (310Q)
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively with co-workers.
