PARTNER AUTOMOTIVE-WATERFORD
**EXPECTATIONS**
- Greet customers and provide excellent Customer Service
- Assist customers with their inquiries and problem solving
-Be resourceful and take initiative in daily tasks
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process payments
- Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to customers
- Answer phone calls and address customer inquiries over the phone
- Maintain a clean and organized work area (including all display areas of the store)
-Reliable and dependable. Team player
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Preferred experience in the automotive industry retail sales or Customer Service
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively, good time management
- Proficient in using computer programs such as Excel and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Knowledge of automotive repair is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to provide exceptional Customer Service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Phone etiquette and professional communication demonstrated always
-Sales driven
Highschool Diploma or GED

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.55-$23.39 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
