We are currently seeking a Automation COE Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec (CA-QC), Canada (CA).
Day to Day / Job Function:
-Plan and align Deploy ongoing opportunity analysis processes, standards, and guidelines for determining potential ROI.
-Perform ongoing risk assessments.
-Create and maintain an organizational design strategy and operating model.
-Maintain and run CoE functions to have Executive buy-in and funding.
-Drive within the C-Suite for Intelligent Automation programs
-Program manager responsible for securing a smooth adoption of Intelligent Automation within the company.
-Someone who evangelizes and drives intelligent automation adoption across the organization.
-Critical initiatives such as intelligent automation that will affect the entire organization by solving an enterprise problem.
-Defined ROI and KPIs that can be used to verify benefits.
-Collaboration in an iterative process capable of evolving over time.
-Commitment to implement new best practices.
-Defined needs – such as a roadmap of workflows throughout the organization
-Sets up and maps solution to a specific environment.
-Builds the solution, promotes to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production
-Perception that the work of COE is supported by executive management.
 
Basic Qualifications:
-8+ years of Development/Support experience on Automation implementations
-Understands basic Internet and client/server architectures.
-Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in business or related field
 
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience working with development teams preferred.
-Experience in Solution Architecture, Systems implementation, Business analysis
 
Fonction quotidienne/fonction professionnelle :
-Planifier et aligner Déployer des processus, des normes et des lignes directrices continus d'analyse des opportunités pour déterminer le retour sur investissement potentiel.
-Effectuer des évaluations continues des risques.
-Créer et maintenir une stratégie de conception organisationnelle et un modèle opérationnel.
-Maintenir et gérer les fonctions du CoE pour obtenir l'adhésion et le financement de la direction.
-Piloter au sein de la C-Suite pour les programmes d'automatisation intelligente
-Responsable de programme chargé d'assurer une adoption harmonieuse de l'automatisation intelligente au sein de l'entreprise.
-Quelqu'un qui évangélise et favorise l'adoption de l'automatisation intelligente dans toute l'organisation.
-Des initiatives critiques telles que l'automatisation intelligente qui affecteront l'ensemble de l'organisation en résolvant un problème d'entreprise.
-Définition du retour sur investissement et des KPI pouvant être utilisés pour vérifier les avantages.
-Collaboration dans un processus itératif capable d'évoluer dans le temps.
-Engagement à mettre en œuvre de nouvelles meilleures pratiques.
-Besoins définis – comme une feuille de route des flux de travail dans toute l'organisation
-Configure et mappe la solution à un environnement spécifique.
-Construit la solution, la promeut vers les tests d'acceptation utilisateur (UAT) et la production.
-Perception selon laquelle le travail du COE est soutenu par la direction exécutive.
 
Qualifications de base :
-Plus de 8 ans d'expérience en développement/support sur les implémentations d'automatisation
-Comprend les architectures Internet de base et client/serveur.
-Baccalauréat/Maîtrise en commerce ou domaine connexe
 
Qualifications préférées :
-Expérience de travail avec des équipes de développement préférée.
-Expérience en architecture de solutions, mise en œuvre de systèmes, analyse commerciale
