As an Automotive Parts Supply Specialist in our courier company, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our key accounts. This role involves managing and nurturing relationships with business customers who send and receive Automotive Parts.
Responsibilities:
Account Management:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and business customers.
· Build and maintain strong relationships, understanding their specific needs and preferences.
Communication & Issue Resolution
· Maintain regular and effective communication with clients, providing updates on shipments, addressing concerns, and gathering feedback.
· Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments and resolve any service-related issues.
Product Knowledge:
· Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Automotive Parts and supplies transported by the company.
Reporting:
· Generate reports on account performance, order history, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications:
· Post secondary automotive studies and/or experience with Automotive Parts
· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
· Experience with auto Parts Supply and logistics would be considered an asset
· Familiarity with Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) operations is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
