Automotive Service Advisor

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document them
- Conduct vehicle inspections and provide recommendations for necessary repairs or maintenance
- Explain repair processes and estimated costs to customers
- Upsell additional services or repairs based on customer needs
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Experience:
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor role or similar position preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Sales experience is a plus, with the ability to effectively upsell services
- Familiarity with dealership operations and procedures is beneficial
- Cash handling experience is preferred
