Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Aviation Parts Procurement Manager to join our team at Orillia Aviation. This role
is crucial in bridging the gap between our aircraft mechanics and customers, focusing on sourcing aircraft parts. The ideal candidate will possess strong research skills, a knack for organization, and an ability to maintain meticulous traceability of every part.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with customers and shop personnel.
• Utilize research skills to locate specific aircraft parts.
• Maintain high organizational standards for part traceability.
• Manage inventory and storage efficiently.
• Basic QuickBooks usage for entering transactions.
• Working with the team to build a comprehensive parts control system.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain detailed records.
• Operate with limited training, demonstrating the ability to work independently and exercise judgement with minimal supervision.
• Help develop and manage a computerized parts control system.
• Handle sales, including quoting, selling, and processing payments for parts and labor. Implement mark-up strategies effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Aviation Parts management and procurement, or related industry or role.
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
• Proficient in QuickBooks (preferred).
• Ability to work independently with limited direction.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in building or managing computerized control systems is a plus.
