Department OverviewThe Delivery Practice is accountable for end-to-end execution of enterprise project and programs leveraging various project methodologies to deliver quality outcomes. This team is accountable for Enterprise Protect and Anti-Money Laundering capabilities supporting Technology and the Business and drives the evolution of delivery practices while collaborating with stakeholders across the enterprise to deliver faster, simpler, and improved outcomes. Job Details •Leadership and accountability for Enterprise Protect Portfolio success includes high quality delivery of all programs/projects/journeys with fulsome resource and execution plans. It requires deep, broad knowledge, and is expected to anticipate emerging issues, direct the development and implementation of fulsome, quality solutions. •Partners with all stakeholders, control partners, NEW practices, product owners, platform/ journey groups/families and pods, finance, business operations, to proactively identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of solutions, execution plans, operating routines, while achieving continual improvements. •Oversees the framework that enables successful delivery across all impacted teams, platforms, leading optimized ways of working – including TDSA adoption and mindset. The role interacts with all levels of the organization in a highly collaborative environment.•The role provides strategic guidance contributing to OKRs, prioritizing regulatory and governance requirements, and accountable for execution planning and integrated roadmap development.•Oversees overall portfolio financials, performance metrics, benefits realization analysis, PMaG, EPMaG, and other governance and control related functions (eg. strategic in-take and prioritization, methodology implementation etc.)•Supports issue resolution, risk mitigation, and escalation to leadership groups.•Supports and ensures effective planning ceremonies, such as initiative refinement, PI planning, across multiple platforms and programs. Facilitates trade-out discussions amid conflicting priorities to meet approved budget/envelope.•Drive top talent acquisition, retention, growth and engagement, while promoting an inclusive, performance-based culture through empowerment, development and engaging experiences. Ensure we have delivery capabilities to support rapid methodology.
