Babysitter/Nanny

Brief description

Looking for part time care for 3 children all school age.

Hours typically from about 2 pm-8 pm (varies) Monday and Friday

Possibility for more hours if wanted on weekend evenings.

Meals provided

Walking distance to Augustana Campus

Pay increase after 3 months

Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and responsible care for children in a safe and nurturing environment
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities
- Prepare meals and snacks for children.
- Assist with homework and school assignments
- Supervise and monitor children's activities at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children

Qualifications:
- Previous experience caring for children, either as a babysitter, nanny, or in a related role
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is a plus

Skills:
- Educate: Ability to provide educational support and engage children in active play.
- Meal preparation: Proficiency in preparing nutritious meals and snacks for children
- Cook: Ability to cook a variety of meals
- Caregiving: Experience in providing compassionate care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Clean: Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment for the children
- Experience with children: Previous experience working with children of various ages- comfortable with animals (cats and dogs).
