Looking for immediate Full time bakers to Relocate to Goderich Ontario to our Main Bakery for expansion.

Lots of shifts available/must be available for 3am start times.

Our extensive menu features a variety of delectable items, including sticky loaves, old recipe cookies, tarts and squares, homemade chocolate, holiday specialties, buns, bread, and our most beloved signature product – our traditional, handcrafted doughnuts.

Job Description:

As a Baker at Culbert's Bakery, you'll play a pivotal role in upholding our century-old tradition of delivering exceptional baked goods to our loyal customers. You'll be an integral part of our team, working in a fast-paced environment that demands precision, creativity, and dedication.

Key Responsibilities:

Baking Excellence: Utilize your 1-3 years of baking experience to produce our renowned baked goods to the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Recipe Adherence: Follow our secret recipes and time-honored techniques for preparing sticky loaves, old recipe cookies, tarts, squares, chocolate treats, holiday specialties, buns, bread, and, of course, our cherished doughnuts.

Efficiency: Thrive in a high-volume bakery by efficiently managing your tasks to meet production goals without compromising on quality.

Teamwork: Collaborate with other members of the bakery team to ensure smooth operations, including preparation, baking, and packaging.

Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards, to guarantee the freshness and safety of our products.

Adaptability: Be flexible and willing to assist in various aspects of bakery operations, as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of baking experience, with a deep understanding of traditional baking techniques.
