Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Team Members. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and guidelines
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
- Collaborate with Team Members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security
Qualifications:
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Knowledge of food safety practices in the food industry
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Experience in cashiering or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
