We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing a variety of coffee and tea beverages. ```Duties```
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders and prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Maintain stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences
- Uphold food safety standards and follow proper hygiene practices
- Assist with food preparation as needed
```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling purposes
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to handle food and beverages safely and hygienically
- Cashiering experience is a plus
