Barista/Customer Service - Local Victoria Residents Only !

Award winning Fresh Cup Roastery Café in Saanichton is looking for a full time Barista/Front Counter person to join our friendly team. We're seeking someone who is looking to take on an Assistant Manager roll in the near future., utilising their supervisory experience and leads by example.

This is the perfect job for someone who is looking to expand their customer service skills, work in a fast-paced fun environment and make great daily tips ! Please be local, or have a solid plan to move to the Victoria Area. **We will not assist foreign workers gain access to Canada.**

Aside from your love of organic and farmer direct coffee you must have experience working in a fast paced environment and the ability to multi-task. Fresh Cup Cafe offers award winning coffee roasted–in-store, and has a strong base of loyal customers who appreciate the freshness and quality we offer in both the coffee and in-house made bakery and food we sell. Daily tips paid out, no tip-pooling. We are looking for people who want to hustle a little more but make a little more in return through TIPS. Experience preferred but we arewilling to train a person with a genuine cooperative attitude!

Job Type: Full-time 40 hours per week, plus overtime if desired

Salary: $16.75 - $18.00 per hour 'BASED' on experience.
Full Time hours: 35-40 per week Part Time Hours: 16-24 per week
