Barista/Server

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at [Company Name]. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations based on their preferences
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene standards at all times
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ordering as needed
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding quality standards, health, safety, and sanitation

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Knowledge of food safety regulations in the food industry
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
