We are a new and vibrant restaurant opening on the beautiful waterfront of Sidney and are now hiring for various positions including Servers, Host, and Bartenders.

Our mission is to provide an elevated but casual dining experience to our guests and deliver friendly service that goes above and beyond. We believe that the key to our success is our exceptional team of unique personalities who are passionate about hospitality, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement.

** The location is still under construction and opening date will be April 1st.

Positions Available:

• Servers: Deliver exceptional customer service with positive demeanor! Our ideal server is personable, attentive, and has a genuine passion for providing a delightful dining experience.
• Hosts: Be the first point of contact for our guests! We're seeking a welcoming and organized hostess who can set the tone for a fantastic meal by creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Bartenders: Shake things up behind the bar! We're looking for charismatic and skilled bartenders who can craft delicious drinks while engaging with customers in a lively and friendly manner.

Requirements:

• Previous experience is a plus, but not required.
• Flexible schedule.

• Openness to receiving constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Reliable and hard working.
