Server/Bartender

If so, then you might be the next great Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. Our Servers /Bartenders ensure that guest expectations have been met (and exceeded) at every turn.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet all guests with a smile (S-10, G-5)
• Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all times
• Be aware of all promotions, specials and current pricing
• Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking in after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre‐bussing as necessary and responding to guest needs in a timely manner
• Record all sales by ringing exact amounts into register, ensure end of day shift report matches revenue sold
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests; keep manager or shift leader promptly and fully informed of all problems
• Perform opening and closing duties as well as any side duties
• Maintain record of daily operations as required with communication book and checklists
• Assist bartenders/bar when business needs dictate with tasks such as preparing alcoholic beverages, stocking the bar, bar inventories and reconciliation, general cleanliness and maintenance of bar area
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures
• Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of serving experience
• Strong customer service
• Friendly, energetic, positive attitude
• Ability to multitask; stays calm under pressure
• Team player
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible schedule (available days, nights, weekends, holidays)
