Server/Bartender

```Overview```
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented server / bartender to join our team. in this position you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

```Responsibilities```
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Upsell drink specials and promote menu items
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain an accurate cash drawer
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food service when necessary
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

-Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a Bartender/ server or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, and beverage trends
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for guests
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Familiarity with food handling safety regulations is a plus
- Must be at least 19 years old (or legal drinking age in your jurisdiction)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Salary: $16.75 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
