Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their overall satisfaction. Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor alcohol consumption of customers and enforce age restrictions
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for customers seated at the bar
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels by restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating bills
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
