Beauty products sales representative

Spot On Beauty is a leading distributor of aesthetics brands and products to salons, spas, on-line retailers and educational institutions across Canada.

Sales Representatives are the face and voice of Spot On Beauty. We are looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable Sales Reps to join our team. We’re on a mission to thrill new accounts across Ontario and throughout the Maritimes with our outstanding brand offering (www.spotonbeauty.ca) and superlative service. If you are an experienced beauty sales professional who has a network of contacts in the salon, spa, mobiler and beauty school community this may be a wonderful opportunity for you to augment your income. This position can be occasional, part-time or full-time. It’s up to you.

Expectations:

• leverage your existing beauty industry contacts to generate sales;
• generate new clients through cold calling, email marketing and telemarketing to generate sales;
• conduct presentations about our products and brands to prospective new clients;
• attend trade shows and other industry events as required;
• attend to your clients needs in whichever manner (in-person; virtually) you believe will optimize your sales.

Requirements:

• demonstrated ability to close sales;
• exceptional communication and presentation skills;
• ambitious, self-starter with a passion for the beauty industry;
• 2-3 years of inside customer service or outside sales experience in the beauty industry.

Compensation:

• you will receive 10% commission on all ongoing sales to salons, spas and mobilers that have been designated as yours;
• you will receive 5% commission on sales to beauty schools and colleges that have been designated as yours;
• if you are tasked with in-field training you will be paid a per diem rate;
• you will receive a 20% team member discount on all products and brands in our portfolio.
