Form of workAdecco is currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Bilingual Account Receivable Collections Agent to join our clients team remotely for a 3-month contract. As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring client accounts, resolving payment discrepancies, and ensuring timely collections. This is a contract role with a competitive salary of $27 per hour.
Pay rate: $27/hour.
Location: Remote position
Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:
Resolve internal and external account queries, monitoring client accounts for overdue payments.
Maintain accurate records for client accounts and take appropriate actions for accounts in arrears.
Notify debtors of overdue payments via telephone, mail, and email, with timely follow-ups.
Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing reconciliations, resolving disputes, and processing payments and refunds.
Locate debtors and negotiate payment arrangements, recommending further action when necessary.
Collaborate with Credit and Sales departments as needed and prepare related reports.
Requirements:
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
Must be bilingual in both French and English – verbal and written
Strong clerical and administrative abilities with proficiency in managing documents and spreadsheets.
Excellent numeracy skills for scheduling, budgeting, and accounting tasks.
Accurate and detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills.
Proficient computer skills, including Excel and Google Sheets.
Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Investigative and research capabilities.
