The Affinity Client Care Representative will be accountable to assist and provide guidance to clients in a friendly and professional way. In addition, you will be committed and dedicated to providing client best-in-class customer service experience.
Working hours from 12.00pm to 8.00pm.

What you will do
- Assist affinity and association clients with their post-sale inquiries;
- Answer client questions related to billing and letters;
- Answer client inquiries about products, services, policies and claims through inbound calls;
- Perform administrative task such as sending requests to update/change client’s information;
- Assist members in submitting Disability, Life Insurance and Critical Illness claims live over the phone;
- Solve client’s inquiries in a friendly and professional way from the very first call while adhering to policies and procedures;
- Seek opportunities to proactively provide clients with addition information on Securian Canada products & services available to them to support their financial and health goals;
- Be measured against quality, efficiency, and effectiveness goals to help you continuously improve.
