We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. ```Duties```
- Welcoming patients and clients into the clinic and facilitate payment and discharges
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
- Maintain customer records and update information in the PIMS system
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or in a customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Familiarity with Avimark preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.55-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 38 per week
