To be considered for this role, you will have:

· Graduated high school (required)

· Post-secondary education in an appropriate field (preferred)

· Excellent phone skills

· Demonstrated experience in sales/marketing and client service (min. 3 years required)

· Administrative experience with high proficiency in Microsoft Office (min. 2 years required)

What does the day look like?

· Greet clients and ensure they feel important and cared for

· Engage with clients and book the appropriate client appointments

· Help clients come to terms with their hearing loss and encourage them to take action

· Follow-up with prospective clients to help them with their questions and decision to move forward

· Ask for referrals from our happy clients and prospective clients

· Work with the Hearing Specialist to uncover the needs of the prospective client

· Be seen as a Hearing Advisor by demonstrating knowledge of hearing loss and solutions

· Cleaning and minor repairs of hearing aids

· Manage the needs of the office

· Complete all transactions from ordering to receiving payment

· Accurately prepare documents for government agencies, clients and other professionals

· Support other Associates as needed, which could mean travel to a sister office

· Salary, commission and team bonuses.
