Staffinity is seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales Manager for a large Canadian client. This is a permanent position with base salary, benefits, bonus, vacation and RRSP matching. The base salary range is 80-90k. Potential relocation can be considered for th right employee. The position will manage the inside sakes and customer service teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the quoting process.
• Perform QA on customer service calls.
• Set, montor and maintain KPI's and metrics.
• Run vendor training sessions.
• Develop proper workflow procedures between Outside Sales and Inside Sales teams.
• Create customer support material.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to identify revenue opportunities.
• Provide regular feedback to Marketing on current trends, issues, or any pertinent information.
• Manage escalated calls.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Team lead or team management experience.
• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• 3+ years of KPI and metric experience.
• Strong Office 365 and ERP experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Ontario and Quebec labor laws.
• Fluently bilingual in English and French, written and spoken.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
