Bilingual Outbound Call Specialist - 1 Week

Adecco is currently hiring for an Outbound Call Support to work full-time hours for our client located in Ottawa, ON. Our client strives to be an employer of choice, to attract and retain top talent, and to provide a safe and positive work environment for all of its team members.

• Pay rate: 25$/hour

• Location: East-end Ottawa, ON

• Availability Required: March 18th - 22nd

Responsibilities:

• Follow through a list of Outbound Calls to be made to existing contacts for our client;

• Provide a consistent message in French/English as required;

• Follow a pre-set script of dialogue to initiate an interaction;

• Set appointments for follow ups and next steps following contact;

• Record the responses and add information to a tracking log;

TheOutbound Call Support Specialist must meet the following mandatory requirements:

• Must hold a at least a Secondary School Diploma or GED;

• Must be fluently bilingual in both French and English at a professional level;

• Strong attention to detail and comfortable performing Outbound Calls;

• Experience with customer service or call center would be considered a strong asset;
