Smart Earth Camelina is based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan that has been in operation since 2019.
We are seeking an analytical, ambitious individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper. In this position, the ideal candidate will:

Qualifications
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in bookkeeping, accounting, finance, or business.
- At least 1 year of full cycle bookkeeping experiences.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles, processes, and budget forecasting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid experience with QuickBooks.
- Understanding of CRA requirements and filings.
- Agricultural background or knowledge is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Engage in full cycle bookkeeping functions including reconciling accounts, preparing trial balances, posting journal entries, maintaining general ledger and financial statements.
- Prepare payroll, related government filings, and WCB transactions.
- Management of A/R, A/P, and invoicing.
- Perform other accounting tasks as needed.
- Office Administrative duties.

- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
Work remotely:
- Possibility with requirement of one or two days per week in office.
