Bookkeeper - Part Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly experienced Full Cycle Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounting cycle, from recording financial transactions to producing accurate financial statements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform all aspects of full cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QBO.

- Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.

- Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and best practices.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Full Cycle Bookkeeper or similar role.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

- Proficiency with accounting software (QBO)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
