```Job Summary```
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
```Duties```
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Utilize accounting software, such as Sage or QuickBooks, to record and track financial data
- Conduct account analysis and prepare account reconciliations
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in using accounting software, such as Sage or QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with payroll processing and tax regulations
