Book Optical was established in 1980 by Dr. Brian Book.
Dr. Book was joined by partners Drs. Kara Rosenblat, Sonia Singh-Enns, Mark Gillman, Ehren Sherbo and Adam Keech.

DUTIES
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Prepare financial reports and statements for management review
- Utilize Quickbooks accounting software to perform daily tasks
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in using Quickbooks accounting software
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
