Bookkeeper

The Rivercrest Inn is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

This is an entry-level position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or errors
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions using accounting software
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• This is a part-time position with a potential for full-time.
• Preference will be given to those with reliable transportation as our location is not on a bus route.

Salary: From $15.30 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
