NOW HIRING: Bookkeeper

Job Requirements

• Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files and documents.
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for various projects.
• Process accounts receivable, payable, and account reconciliation.
• Process payroll accurately and on time.
• Responsible for recording and maintaining business financial transactions such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices and payments.
• Maintain general ledger and working paper files.
• Complete and submit tax remittance forms, WSIB forms, and pension contributions.

Schedule

Monday to Friday - 8 hour shifts.

Job Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of office administration or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience in Google based services would be considered an asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Sage and/or QuickBooks.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong ethical values and attention to detail.
