NOW HIRING: Bookkeeper
Job Requirements
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files and documents.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for various projects.
- Process accounts receivable, payable, and account reconciliation.
- Process payroll accurately and on time.
- Responsible for recording and maintaining business financial transactions such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices and payments.
- Maintain general ledger and working paper files.
- Complete and submit tax remittance forms, WSIB forms, and pension contributions.
Schedule
Monday to Friday - 8 hour shifts.
Job Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of office administration or bookkeeping experience.
- Experience in Google based services would be considered an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Sage and/or QuickBooks.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong ethical values and attention to detail.
