Apex Distribution Inc. is seeking a reliable team player with strong organizational abilities to join our Bonnyville Valve Services team as a Branch Administrator. As the Branch Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our branch. This is an administrative position that requires strong organizational and communication skills.
```Duties```
- Provide administrative support to the branch
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining documents
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning
- Assist with invoicing and documentation in accordance with existing processes
- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Utilize computerized systems for various administrative tasks
- Support the branch manager with administrative tasks as needed
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in the oil and gas industry or front desk role is a plus
- Customer support experience is a plus
