General Description:
This job requires an understanding of office procedures. The person must be extremely organized and have the ability to have a systematic flow of paper through the department.
They must get along very well with people, as a good portion of each day will be spent dealing directly with the technicians, service management and customers.
Some Saturdays or OT may be required through the busy seasons
Duties:
1. Handle all phone calls as per guidelines for each department.
2. Responsible for seeing that all work orders are opened immediately and are properly detailed.
3. Daily review of technician labour hours and payroll accuracy
4. Review work order with technician at completion of job to verify hours
worked/charged parts charged and detailed description of all repairs. Have
the work order ready to review with the Service Manager to ensure efficient work in progress
5. Collect payment from customers or contact customers on outstanding invoices.
6. Keep phone greetings current for after-hours calls changing depending on time of the year.
7. Keep business hours signs current and post the holiday business hour signs in store.
8. Maintain customer reception area, coffee, seating, etc.
9. Handle photocopying, printing, mailing, shipping, etc as departments require.

Salary: From $22.00 per hour
