As a Service Coordination Administrator, you will be responsible for providing the front-line support to establish user needs and disseminating remedies for Calgary Police Service (CPS) facilities. Primary duties include:
- Oversee the booking and management of shared boardrooms.
- Process booking forms and submit work order requests.
- Coordinate events for CPS team events in all facilities.
- Receive and review Enhanced Security Clearance Declaration for all non-CPS personnel (contractors, volunteers, commissionaires, etc.) requiring access to CPS sites.
- Generate Vehicle Registration Query for Security Services.
- Create and monitor IT service requests for commissionaires.
- Maintain and monitor all key requests to all CPS Members and authorized personnel for doors, locks and lockers.
- Facilitate the work order process for building concerns through the customer request portal (i.e. Computerized Maintenance Management System - AssetWORKS - AiM).
- Maintain databases and generate reports.
Qualifications
- A 1-year certificate in Business Administration or Administrative Assistant or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
- Experience working in facilities or asset management are considered an asset.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is considered an asset.
- Experience with a computerized maintenance management system such as AiM or similar is also considered an asset.
