QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in branch management and/or leadership in disaster restoration or related industry
- Excellent interpersonal, time management, and critical thinking skills required
- Strong Xactimate and estimation skills
- Bilingual
- IICRC certifications are a plus

- Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including customer service, sales, and financial services
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals and targets
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in financial transactions
- Collaborate with other Branch Managers and departments to drive overall business growth

- Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and providing exceptional service
- Proven track record in sales management and achieving targets
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic math skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
