- Location: Halifax Shopping Centre, 7001 Mumford Road, Halifax NS B3L 2H8
- Dates: April 6th and April 7th
- Shifts:
- Saturday, April 6: 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. (13 hrs with 1 hour unpaid break)
- Sunday, April 7: 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (6 hrs)
- Onboarding: Completed by March 29th
- Virtual Training: April 1 (1-hour paid training)
- 1 Team Leaders @ $22/hr
- 6 BAs @ $20/hr
- Booth setup and preparation for the opening
- Booth closing, securing all products
- Customer engagement to create an unforgettable experience
- Play the role of a Barista, serving Nespresso magic
- Keep the booth stocked with coffee and other products
- Smooth event operations and vigilant stock management
- Prompt communication of needs and updates to Team Leaders and Account Managers
- Daily reporting and timekeeping
- Essential Tool: A smartphone for real-time reporting.
- Uniform: All-black outfit (Pants, T-shirt/shirt, shoes)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service or Brand Ambassador experience
- Vibe: Upbeat and outgoing personality. We're looking for someone as excited to work as they are to create outstanding customer experiences.
- Endurance: Comfortable standing for extended hours
