Brand Ambassador

We are hiring outgoing Brand Ambassadors for an exciting upcoming program in your market!

Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is creating an interactive escape room experience, designed to educate Canadians about scams and discuss strategies to avoid falling victim.

This dynamic and immersive escape room will replicate real-life scam scenarios, fostering hands-on engagement and critical thinking. The program aims to equip participants with the ability to identify red flags and employ effective and protective measures.

We are looking for Brand Ambassadors that can guide participants through the experience! Brand ambassadors will be responsible for keeping the activation space clean, safe, and well organized. Bilingual (French/Speaking) Brand Ambassadors will be given priority!

9:30-9PM (Thurs-Sat)

Brand Ambassador – $25/hr

[BA Responsibilities]

• Assist in the setup and dismantling of the activation, ensuring a smooth process.

• Comfortable with heavy lifting and asset management

• Guide participants through the escape room experience, allowing them to navigate it independently without overwhelming them with guidance.

• Effectively communicate key messages to educate Canadians on various scams and how to avoid falling victim to them.

• Share insightful results with participants upon completion of the experience and deliver additional educational messaging.

• Maintain the cleanliness and condition of assets and structures.

• Adhere to the instructions provided by the team lead and tour manager, offering support and assistance as required.

• Guide all participants to any campaign surveys, websites, and/or QR codes.
