Position Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in shaping our dealership's marketing strategies and efforts. Reporting directly to the business owners, the successful candidate will lead brand-aligned marketing initiatives across all communication channels, focusing on both digital and retail environments. Given the seasonal nature of our industry, adaptability and a proactive approach to market changes are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly review and update the website's inventory listings to ensure accuracy and appeal.
• Manage and elevate the dealership's presence on social media platforms, engaging with our community and promoting our brand.
• Support the sales team with marketing insights and materials to boost sales performance.
• Design and implement creative marketing campaigns aimed at driving traffic, generating leads, and increasing sales.
• Assist in the development and execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring they adhere to OEM co-op guidelines and budget constraints.
• Contribute to team meetings with innovative marketing ideas and recommendations for business growth.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the dealership's marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

• An undergraduate degree in Marketing or a related field, or significant experience demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of marketing principles and practices.
• A minimum of one year of marketing experience, preferably within the powersports or related industry.
• Proven ability to manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Flexibility and adaptability to manage seasonal shifts in marketing strategies and campaigns.
• A genuine passion for powersports and an enthusiasm for the industry would be considered an asset.
