FLYER MARKETING COORDINATOR

The Kent Marketing Department has an immediate full-time position available for a Flyer Marketing Coordinator.
Unique to many retailers, Kent has its own internal Marketing Department which works on everything from design to event planning. The Kent Marketing Department is responsible for flyer design & planning, advertising, and signage. Flyers are one of the best mediums to reach a consumer each week and Atlantic Canadian shoppers rely on flyers more than any other shoppers in Canada.
Qualifications and Skills:
To be successful as a Flyer Marketing Lead you have a proven track record of organized performance and attention to detail. You must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. You are able to work independently, prioritize, coordinate deadlines and production schedules. Knowledge of Adobe In-Design, graphic design, and print production processes would be considered assets. French language skills would also be considered an asset.
Responsibilities:
· Work closely with the Purchasing Department to plan the weekly flyer.
· Coordinate the flyer proofing process with other team members.
· Coordinate the printing production and distribution of the flyer with our vendors.
· Proof the flyer for errors.
· Develop flyer plans, strategies, and budgets.
· Flyer reporting.
