What we're building

Kognitiv Spark is shaping the future of how humans interact with technology in work environments. Our flagship product, RemoteSpark?, is the first Mixed Reality performance support tool designed with industrial sectors in mind. It combines the physical and digital worlds by creating a hands-free, supportive environment for users to instantly access helpful digital assets such as operational instructions and holographic twins to enable more efficient real-time troubleshooting and task completion in an independent and autonomous manner.

The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in executing our marketing strategies, enhancing our brand presence, and contributing to our overall marketing objectives. This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, content creation, event management, social media, and market research. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter, organized multitasker who can manage multiple projects simultaneously.

?Reporting directly to the marketing manager and working closely with all team members at Kognitiv Spark this opportunity offers a unique chance to gain insights from world leading experts in Mixed Reality as well as the opportunity to have room to grow and expand within the team.

• Manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
• Organize and coordinate marketing events such as trade shows, webinars, and workshops, including logistics, registrations, and promotional materials.
• Lead the creation and management of a content repository which will be utilized for social media campaigns, marketing and sales outreach, and knowledge base for clients.
• Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, as well as coordinate the creation of new materials as needed.
• Track and report on marketing campaigns and activities.
• Arrange and coordinate special projects and requests from internal and external groups.
• Assist with the production of promotional collateral and company merchandise.
• Assist in copywriting, creative work, and the development of digital strategies and content creation.
• Perform administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities.
• Manage promotional and contract vendors.
• Assist in the development and implementation of the companies brand strategy.

• Any level of post secondary marketing education.
• Any prior marketing experience is considered an asset.
• Demonstrated event planning experience.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• High level of creativity.
• Possess strong problem-solving and research abilities.
• Strong level of organization and detail oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office as well as familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Willingness to be coached, trained, and further ones learning on their own, with the ability to share best practices, marketing ideas, and general knowledge back to the marketing team.
