This position requires early mornings with a start time of 5 am. The Breakfast attendant prepares and serves the daily complimentary breakfast for hotel guests, while meeting the established standards of cleanliness and brand standards, to assure guest satisfaction and maximize revenues.
Job Duties:
-Prepares foods such as eggs, sausage, bacon, muffins, waffle batter, sweet pieces of bread, etc.
-Stocks of coffee, juice, and milk machines or dispensers
-Arrange food, such as sweet rolls, muffins, and cereal for self-service
-Ensures the breakfast area is clean and sanitized between each guest
-Ensures counter space is clean and sanitized during the breakfast hours
-Washes serving equipment and dishes through a shift
-Returns reusable food supplies to storage with proper dates on product
-Restocks self-service food and supplies as needed.
-Follows city, and county, guidelines on food prep, storage, temperatures, sanitation, and other items that the food inspector requires
-Takes inventory of food, and beverages and prepares a list for the manager to order
-Ensures breakfast room is clean and set for the next shift
- And all of the duties requested by Management
