SalaryCasual labour to start(30-35 hours a week, T4A) with possibilities of becoming a full time employee after 3-4 months.
We are a 120 unit townhouse complex located in Gordon Head area, we are looking for a helper to join our maintenance team with general knowledge of basic home repair and Grounds keeping. Prior experience in the home repair field and landscaping is an asset.
Task may include: grounds keeping, lawn care, leaf/pine needle clean up, salting sidewalks/parking lots, snow removal, basic plumbing repairs(dripping taps, leaky sinks, clogged drains), light fixture replacement, hand railing repairs, door repairs, blind repair
Must be able to lift 60 lbs, work inside and outside in all weather conditions. Job requires steel toe footwear. We are a Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5pm work site. Currently looking for 30-35 hours a week, but could be more if the right candidate is hired.

Salary: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
