As a Business Advisor, you will be responsible for serving an existing territory in Kootenays and the Surrounding Area; Nelson, Kaslo, Trail, Grand Forks, Rossland, Castlegar, Kimberly, Creston, Cranbrook, Fernie, Invermere and Fairmont.

. Under the leadership of the Sales Director, you will act as a key player in the organization and be held accountable to achieve the annual sales budget.

Key responsibilities:

· Develop new opportunities through cold-calling and expand the customer base through strategic partnerships with salon owners, estheticians and stylists

· Conduct monthly meetings with key accounts

· Take sales orders, build promotions, participate in salon activations and events, provide product knowledge/brand education and social media support to customers as needed

· Partner with new and existing customers to develop strategies designed to help them grow their business

· Analyze and create sales reports and activity reporting

· Processing orders and returns to submit to order desk

Qualifications and skills:

· A competitive spirit and be a highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial attitude

· A strong drive to provide an exceptional customer experience, a willingness that includes doing what is required to expand a territory and help your customers grow, and a desire to learn

· Sales experience of at least 3 years, preferably in a related industry

· Superior organization and time management skills

· Excellent communication skills

· The ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment

· Comfortable utilizing social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook

· The ability to perform basic functions on Microsoft Excel
