Description
Establishing companys administrative policies and procedures for the management team to operate the entity efficiently;
Overseeing the companys records management, security, finance, purchasing, maintenance, and other administrative services;
Administering all incoming and outgoing investment project documentation;
Preparing reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services;
Representing the company to negotiate with outsource organizations, such as architectural design firms, construction builders, investors, and other stakeholders;
Liaising with contractors and sub-contractors on behalf of the Management team to make sure the projects finished timely;
Leading internal project meetings, ensuring minutes are quickly distributed and properly filed;
Hiring and supervising office assistant staff performing operational, clerical or maintenance duties;
Other administration tasks issued by President.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree of business, administration, finance, or civil engineering
2. CLB 6 and above
3. At least 3 years equivalent experience
4. Bilingual of English and Mandarin is an asset
