Description
This is an in-person position, only candidates who are currently located in Saskatoon and are legally eligible to work in Canada will be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Targeted Lead Generation: Identify and pursue leads in various industries.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Engage potential clients through a consultative approach, understanding their business needs and how our web development solutions can aid in their growth.
- Customized Proposals and Presentations: Develop customized proposals and presentations.
- Sales Closure and Client Onboarding
- Market Research and Trends Analysis: Continuously research market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to refine sales tactics and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with our web development and design teams to understand our capabilities fully and ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Networking and Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships within the business community through networking, attending industry events, and leveraging social media platforms.
- Performance Tracking: Regularly track and report on sales activities and pipeline status to the management team, utilizing CRM tools for effective data management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of sales experience in a web development or digital agency environment is an asset.
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, digital marketing, and the latest trends in website development.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into laymans terms during sales discussions.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and networking events.
