Note: This role is supported by a remote work arrangement where the individual can work from home anywhere across Ontario.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Build and maintain relationships with MAP advisors in order to deliver effective ongoing support
- Build relationships with Canada Life Advisor Solutions Directors/Managers in the region
- Ensure successful and efficient onboarding of new MAP advisors including orientation to FH processes, procedures, key contacts etc.
- Complete quotes/illustrations for advisors, as required
- Case consultations, triage to specialists when required
- Provide training support to MAP advisors and their teams on various tools and technology (WealthServ, Conquest, BSA, commissions, carrier websites, reporting, etc.)
- Provide carrier product & illustration training, complete illustrations as required for MAP advisors
- Support educational events as required/Run training for MAP
- Facilitate training of their respective advisors so they are able to run/produce their own illustrations and/or quotes
- Provide advisor triage support and troubleshooting to various departments
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, insurance carriers, and advisors
- Partner and pair advisors with FH value proposition and teams
Other
- Use Salesforce to track activities, maintain KYA for aligned advisors, create/maintain an advisor pipeline
- Accountable for advisor debt management, escalate as required
- Provide tier one support for advisors working in collaboration with the compliance team
What qualifications are required?
- College Diploma, University degree, or equivalent experience
- LLQP license required
- Mutual Funds license is an asset

What should your experience look like?
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in the insurance and financial services industry
- Elevated knowledge of key permanent insurance concepts using the mass affluent/HNW market
- Maintain industry and product knowledge, keeping abreast of changes Proven experience with Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
