Duties:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for seeking out prospective Franchise owners and lays the groundwork for completing a contract with a new franchise owner. Your primary duties will include:
- Identifying new business opportunities and goals for increasing the number of franchises in a region or district.
- Conducting market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients.
- Develop and execute franchise sales strategies to meet expansion goals.
- Brand promotional strategies that driven the franchise sales.
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to stay informed about market changes
Skills:

- Proven experience in Business Development or sales
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
